There are three main design collections of sofas and complementary furniture products. There is also a group of universal furniture products which can be mixed and matched across different collections.

What materials are used for the outdoor furniture construction?

All outdoor furniture frames and structural components are made of 304 Stainless Steel or Powder-coated aluminum or premium-grade A natural teak, or woven rope and PVC wicker.

Are the outdoor furniture products delivered pre-assembled or does it need to be assembled?

Most of the furniture is knocked down except for some products that are pre-assembled with minor setup steps. Do check with Customer Service while ordering. The knocked-down furniture can be assembled by following the instruction manual provided.

Are the outdoor furniture components rustproof?

Yes, all the outdoor furniture metal components are outdoor rated and made from rustproof materials like 304 Stainless Steel and powder-coated aluminum.

Do the outdoor furniture collections offer a modular sectional sofa configuration?

Yes, all NewAge Products outdoor sofa collections have a modular design and can be configured for multiple seating capacities. Only the Monterey sofa collection contains the corner unit to build the L-shape seating configuration.

Are NewAge outdoor furniture products designed as per ergonomic standards?

Yes, all NewAge outdoor furniture products, specifically the sofas and chairs, have gone through comprehensive ergonomic studies, analysis, and evaluation processes to ensure conformance to human factors and body dimension standards.

What is the design aesthetic of the NewAge outdoor furniture?

The design aesthetic of the Monterey collection is modern and contemporary design, while Rhodes and Lakeside collections are transitional design styles.

Can I change the sofa configuration in the future by adding extra seats to the sectional set?

Yes, the modular design of all NewAge sofa collections enables the customers to re-configure their sectional sofa sets by adding the desired seat and back modules in addition to the legs.

Does the Monterey corner sofa unit use the same seat base as the regular sofas?

No, the Monterey corner sofa unit has an exclusively designed seat base with the corner column leg. The corner unit also requires an armrest that has been designed exclusively for the this configuration.

For the non-sofa products, do all the components come in a single carton boxed package?

All the components needed to assemble the product will arrive in a single box. However, in the case of sofa sets, the cushions will be delivered in a separate carton.

Can the NewAge planters be used as the ice buckets?

To use the NewAge planters as an ice bucket, you should use a plastic liner (plastic bag) inside the insert bin of the planters to seal them and pour the ice inside the plastic liner.

Are the NewAge dining chairs stackable?

Yes, all the NewAge dining chairs in both Monterey and Rhodes collections are easily stackable.

How can I mix and match the Monterey collection?s different material options?

The Monterey Aluminum Patio Chair and Aluminum-Teak Patio Chair are best suited for the Monterey Aluminum products. The Monterey Stainless Steel-Teak Patio Chair is best suited for Monterey Stainless Steel complementary items.

What is the main difference between Rhodes and Lakeside sofa collections?

The only difference between the NewAge Rhodes and Lakeside collections is the woven rope & wicker backrest and the front wicker accent seat base in the Lakeside sofas as compared to the full teak or aluminum-teak structure of the Rhodes sofas.

How can the teak components be maintained?

NewAge outdoor furniture uses premium Grade A teak, and to maintain the quality of teak, you can use natural teak oils recommended by NewAge in the installation manual. Refer cleaning & care section for more instructions for cleaning the teak components.

Are the NewAge teak surfaces stain resistant?

The natural teak material is not stain resistant, so any liquid like water should be cleaned immediately from the teak surface using the soft cloth as per the instructions in the installation manual.
