The Platinum Dual Side Burner can be installed on Outdoor Classic & Signature Cabinets Series and NewAge Appliance Carts. The Platinum Dual Side Burner can also be installed on custom-built cabinets for which instructions are provided in the Installation Guide supplied with the appliance.

What is the Platinum Dual Side burner made of?

The Platinum Dual Side Burners are made of Stainless Steel-304 which is rust resistant and great material for Outdoor use.

Is Platinum Dual Side burner easy to maintain?

The Platinum Dual Side Burner is made of durable and high-quality materials such as Stainless Steel 304, which make it very easy to clean and maintain. Please refer to the Maintenance and Cleaning section of the Installation Guide for more information.

Does the Platinum Dual Side burner require a professional contractor for installation?

The Platinum Dual Side burner should be installed by a Licensed Gas Fitter, especially for the Natural Gas Version. Gas appliances can become hazardous if they are not installed properly. Before each cooking session users are required to ensure there is no gas leakage and the appliance is functioning in a sound manner.

Check gas supply. Check if the main shut-off valve is open. Check if the supply hose is pinched. Please refer to the Troubleshooting section of the Installation Guide for more information.

The burners burn with a yellow flame, accompanied by the smell of gas, what should be done?

If the burner produces yellow flames, the oxygen flow may be restricted because of spider webs or other debris. Please refer to the Troubleshooting section of the Installation Guide for more information.

The White Classic doors are made of extruded aluminum, which is wrapped with outdoor-rated embossed white vinyl. The cabinet frames, toe kicks, and shelves are made from 304 brushed stainless steel. The Matte Black Classic Outdoor Kitchen cabinet doors are powder-coated 304 stainless steel. The cabinet frames, toe kicks, and shelves are also made of powder-coated 304 stainless steel, providing durability against everyday use.
