The NewAge Products Platinum Kamado offers up to 450 square inches of cooking space and comes with premium features so you can cook with power, precision, and versatility. Built with 304 stainless steel components, a solid ceramic firebox, and natural premium teak handles, the Platinum Kamado is built for durability, heat retention, and even heat distribution. It holds up to 3kg of charcoal ash and it's shape allows for easy clean up with no overflow ash that is messy and can block airflow. 8mm Stainless steel grates provide durability over typical cast iron grates while providing the same heat retention leaving beautiful grill marks on your food. Where can the Platinum Kamados be installed?

The Platinum Kamado can be installed on the Outdoor Classic & Signature Cabinets Series & on the Kamado Cart.

Is Platinum Kamado easy to maintain?

The Platinum Kamado operates via charcoal and/or wood chunks, therefore collecting and disposing of the leftover ash were our top design priority. The NewAge kamado comes with a patent-pending ash bucket that collects almost all the ash. Once the kamado is cool to touch, you can easily lift it up and dump the ash. The exterior surface of the kamado can be cleaned with a damp cloth. Please refer to the ?Safety and Care" & "Cleaning the Ash" section of the Installation guide for more information.

What material is the Platinum Kamado made up of?

The main body of the Platinum Kamado is made from a high-temperature resistant ceramic and all the metal components are made of Stainless-Steel 304.

Does the Platinum Kamado need to be installed by a professional contractor?

The Platinum Kamado is designed for easy assembly by the end user and there is a step-by-step procedure provided in the Installation guide. However, since the kamado is a very heavy product, it is recommended to have a helping hand while moving it around and installing it onto the cabinets or the cart.

Are all the installation manuals included with the Platinum Kamado?

The Platinum Kamado has a printed installation manual included in the packaging. Alternatively, you can access the installation manual on the NewAge Products website: https://newageproducts.com/support-hub/

What is the warranty on the Platinum Kamado?

Are the tools for installation included in the package?

Yes, a 10 mm Wrench and a Phillips Screwdriver are included in the Platinum Kamado Package.

There is a wide variety of Kamado accessories available from NewAge. Some accessories are included with the Kamado and some are optional that you can purchase. Please refer to the Platinum Kamado Installation Guide for the list of included accessories and optional accessories.

Does Platinum Kamado come with the Cover?

No, the cover doesn?t come with the Platinum Kamado. However, you can purchase from www.newageproducts.com.

Does Platinum Kamado come with charcoal handling tools?

The Platinum Kamado comes with a Charcoal stirring rod and Grate lifter gripper to avoid any burn hazards and for better handling of the Charcoal.

What type of fuel can be used for the Kamado?

For a healthy cooking result and higher efficiency, NewAge recommends only lump charcoal and natural dry wood chunks.

What material is the handle and Kamado cart side table made of?

The handles and the Kamado cart side tables are made of premium teakwood. Since this is natural wood, it is recommended that you apply teak oil every six months for better look preservation and longevity of the wooden parts.
