How do the Installation Services work?

NewAge Products offers Standard and Premium Installation Service packages, with knowledgeable, bonded, and insured local contractors who have been trained to install our products. Our Installation Services packages include moving your product to the desired location, unpacking all of your items, installation and mounting (if applicable), leveling of products, and cleaning up of all product packaging for disposal. I want to renovate my Outdoor Space. Is there any service that can help me plan my project?

Are the Classic Series Outdoor Kitchen cabinets easy to install?

Classic Series Outdoor Kitchen cabinets are very easy to install. These cabinets come full-assembled and packaged on a pallet delivered directly to your home. Once you remove the packaging, all you need to do is attach the feet, place them where you want them, bolt the cabinets together, and secure the countertops in place.

What are the dimensions of your products?

Will these cabinets support heavy countertops like granite or concrete tops?

Yes, the cabinets will support granite or concrete tops.

How do these cabinets weather? Are they weather-proof?

The Classic Series Outdoor Kitchen cabinets are designed with a front overlap seal to protect against rain, and the doors and drawers close to a 2mm gap to prevent leaves and snow from getting inside.

Am I able to alter the configuration or add cabinets to my set after I have installed them?

Yes, you can alter the configuration of your cabinets, however, keep in mind the number and sizes of worktops included with your set. Since our cabinets are modular, you can unbolt them and re-configure how you choose, but may need to purchase additional tops or covers to properly fit your new configuration.

Will I be able to substitute cabinets in a preconfigured set?

If you are purchasing cabinets in a set, the cabinets come as a bundled package and cannot be substituted. However, you can purchase individual cabinets to create your own set, or you may purchase additional cabinets to add onto a bundled set. You can also contact one of our Sales Representatives who would be happy to assist you with your order at 1.877.306.8930 and select the option to speak with a Sales Representative.

What kind of grill should I use?

We recommend using the NewAge Products 33" and 40" Insert Grills. Our grills have been designed to fit perfectly within the insert grill cabinets. The 33" Insert Grill Cabinet will also fit most 28" to 33" insert grills, while the 40" Insert Grill Cabinet fits most 36" to 40" insert grills.

What maintenance is required?

If you live in a coastal area or will have the cabinet next to a chlorine pool, washing your cabinets with fresh water and a mild detergent every two weeks will keep the cabinets from weathering. Outside of coastal areas, cleaning the cabinets once every three months will suffice. For terms of warranty, please click here. What is the warranty on the Classic Series Outdoor Kitchen cabinets?

All Outdoor Kitchen cabinets, as well as the Bar Cart and Prep Table, have a limited lifetime warranty. However, please note that any modifications to the product will void the warranty. Outdoor Kitchen Covers have a 3-year limited warranty. Please read through the owner’s manual for more details on your warranty. 1. Classic Stainless Steel 2. Stainless Steel Grove 3. What adapter do I need for the Outdoor Kitchen sink?

We recommend a 3/8" x 1/2" NPT adapter. However, depending on your setup this may vary. Please contact us at 1.877.306.8930 and select the option to speak with a Customer Service Representative for further assistance.

Is it possible to get touch-up paint for my products?

What can I clean the Stainless Steel with?

To clean your Stainless-Steel cabinets, use a soft cloth with soap and water.

How are your Outdoor Cabinets shipped?

All NewAge Products orders are expertly packaged and shipped on one or more wood pallets via a local delivery carrier. Do you customize cabinets?

NewAge Products does not customize cabinets, our cabinets ship fully-assembled. However, our cabinets are modular and can be arranged in a configuration that suits your space, with accessories to meet all your organization needs. Where can the Platinum Grills be installed?

Platinum Grills can be installed on Outdoor Classic & Signature Cabinets Series and NewAge Appliance Carts. The Platinum Grill can also be installed on custom-built cabinets, instructions for which are provided in the Installation Guide supplied with the appliance.

What material is the Platinum Grill made of?

The Platinum Grill is made of Stainless Steel-304 which is rust resistant and great material for Outdoor use.

Is the Platinum Grill easy to maintain?

The Platinum Grill is made of durable and high-quality materials such as Stainless Steel 304, which makes it very easy to clean and maintain. Please refer to the Maintenance and Cleaning section of the Installation Guide for more information.

Does the Platinum Grill require a professional contractor for installation?

The Platinum Grill should be installed by a Licensed Gas Fitter, especially for the Natural Gas Version. Gas appliances can become hazardous if they are not installed properly. Before each cooking session users are required to ensure there is no gas leakage and the appliance is functioning soundly.

Are all the installation manuals included with the Platinum Grill?

The Platinum Grill has a printed installation manual included in the packaging. Alternatively, you can access the installation manual on the NewAge Products website: https://newageproducts.com/support-hub/

What is the warranty on the Platinum Grill?

When installed, operated, and maintained according to the instructions, NewAge provides a limited warranty for the product. Please read through the NewAge Warranty policy. In case of any additional questions or queries contact our Customer Service team at 1.877.306.8930.

Rotisserie lights and goes out immediately upon release of the control knob, what could be the cause?

Continue holding the safety valve button in a depressed position until the burner remains lit when released. Please refer to the Troubleshooting section of the Installation Guide for more information.

The Burner goes out when set to low, what should be done?

Check gas supply. Check if the main shut-off valve is open. Check if the supply hose is pinched. Please refer to the Troubleshooting section of the Installation Guide for more information.

The burners burn with a yellow flame, accompanied by the smell of gas, what should be done?

If the burner produces yellow flames, the oxygen flow may be restricted because of spider webs or other debris. Please refer to the Troubleshooting section of the Installation Guide for more information.

The Infrared burner flashbacks during operation, what could be the cause?

The ceramic tiles may be overloaded with grease drippings and build-up that causes the Burner Ports to be clogged. Please refer to the Troubleshooting section of the Installation Guide for more information.

Is the Infrared burner supplied with all Grills?

Infrared Burner only comes with 36 in. & 40 in. Platinum Grill.

What is the overall depth and thickness of the Classic Outdoor Kitchen countertops?

All standard Classic Outdoor Kitchen countertops are 24” deep and 1 ¼” thick.

How are the Classic Outdoor countertops installed on the cabinets?

The Engineered Stone countertops should be installed on the cabinet frames by using a silicon adhesive. For more details, please refer to the installation manual.

Is my Engineered Stone countertop sealed?

NewAge Products’ Engineered Stone is low maintenance and does not need countertop sealing due to their non-porous nature. Liquids and stains cannot penetrate non-porous materials because they have a built-in seal.

Are NewAge Engineered Stone Countertops easy to maintain?

The Engineered Stone countertops are easy to maintain! Wipe any spills using a clean damp cloth and avoid using abrasive scrubbing tools. Please follow our care and maintenance guidelines carefully which can be found on https://newageproducts.com/support-hub/

How is NewAge's Engineered Stone different from marble and granite?

Engineered Stone products offer consistency in patterns and colors that natural stone can not. Engineered Stone surfaces do not offer the uniqueness and varied random patterns of natural granite.

Can this countertop chip?

Under normal use, it is very unlikely that your Engineered Stone countertop will ever chip. Edges are usually more susceptible to chipping than the middle of the surface, and if hit with enough force, chipping can occur.

Will heat damage my countertop?

This material can be affected by extreme heat, so it is recommended to use cutting boards, trivets, and hot pads when placing any hot items on the countertop. Engineered Stone is very durable, and you will get a long-lasting performance if the correct care and maintenance directions are followed.

Does the Engineered Stone fade in sunlight?

The Engineered Stone countertops are intended for both outdoor and indoor use. These countertops have been tested for prolonged exposure to UV rays with limited fading. These NewAge Engineered Stone countertops can be placed with direct exposure to Natural light and installed with NewAge's Outdoor Kitchen.

Do my Engineered Stone countertops scratch easily?

These countertops are made with Engineered Stone, which is among the most durable counter surfaces you can purchase, and they are scratch-resistant under normal usage. It is not an indestructible material as any surface can be damaged with extreme abuse, however, these will withstand normal usage. To keep its shine and quality over time it is recommended to use a cutting board when using knives.

Are there any chemicals or cleaners to avoid on these countertops?

We recommend using cleaning products with a pH between 5-8, as products outside this range may damage the surface. Cleaning products such as oven grill cleaners, floor strippers, toilet bowl cleaners, oil soaps, tarnish removers, furniture cleaners, drain products, etc. could be damaging to your countertop. If your surface is accidentally exposed to any potentially damaging products, rinse with water immediately.

Are NewAge Engineered Stone Countertops under warranty?

When this product is installed, operated, and maintained according to the instructions, NewAge Products will replace the defective product or parts if it fails because of defective materials or workmanship. This warranty is valid for 15 years from the purchase date of the product. What is the finish on this product? High Gloss or matte?

These countertops are polished to offer a high gloss finish.

Can I install caster's on all Outdoor Kitchen Cabinets?

All Classic outdoor kitchen cabinets have the option of adding casters. Toe kicks will need to be removed to be able to install casters. Signature outdoor kitchen cabinets do not have this option.

Is there a change in weight capacity if I add casters instead of levelling feet on my outdoor kitchen cabinets?

Yes, all cabinets with casters will have a weight capacity of 250lbs total. Not including the weight of the cabinet itself.

Can I add any type of casters on my outdoor kitchen cabinets?

SKU's 65853, Classic outdoor kitchen locking casters, and SKU 65854, Classic outdoor kitchen non-locking casters, will need to be used on the cabinets.

Can I add casters on individual outdoor kitchen cabinets?

No. For safety and tipping hazard purposes, individual cabinets can not be placed on casters. A minimum of two cabinets need to be assembled together in order to have the casters added
