We recommend using cleaning products with a pH between 5-8, as products outside this range may damage the surface. Cleaning products such as oven grill cleaners, floor strippers, toilet bowl cleaners, oil soaps, tarnish removers, furniture cleaners, drain products, etc. could be damaging to your countertop. If your surface is accidentally exposed to any potentially damaging products, rinse with water immediately.

When this product is installed, operated, and maintained according to the instructions, NewAge Products will replace the defective product or parts if it fails because of defective materials or workmanship.
